Congratulations to Cassie Greene, MS, RN, who has been named the Director of Women and Children’s Services of Mercy Medical Center, Canton, Ohio. Cassie was a former PCC, RN, at Mercy Medical Center, Canton, Ohio. She has always been enthusiastic about supporting best practices in hospital operations, compliance and healthcare management. She demonstrates strengths in multi-area management, quality assurance and service. In her new role, she will assume responsibility and accountability for the management of human and physical resources within the Women and Children’s Services Department to deliver affordable, quality care on a 24-hour basis. Maintain operations aspect of patient care units in collaboration with other departments and within cost-containment guidelines established by the hospital.  Cassie fully supports the philosophy and objectives of nursing and the organization. Ensures compliance with established standards, practices and regulatory requirements by all nursing personnel.
