In the News: The Value of Improving Organizational Alignment

In a recent press release from the Baldridge Foundation, it was announced that the American Hospital Association (AHA) has partnered with the Baldridge Foundation as a sponsor for the 2015-2016 Health Care Criteria for Performance Excellence (the Criteria).

For those of you who are unfamiliar with the Criteria, it is essentially a collection of questions geared toward improving organizational alignment and focused on future trends. The press release went on to discuss the Baldridge Foundation’s $35 million initiative called Campaign for the Growth of Baldridge, which is focused on strengthening strategies and sustainability, while applying principles and improving performance excellence throughout the world.
